Science: Rocks In Our Own Words

"Today we talked about different kinds of rocks. Then we made sedimentary rocks."-Izzy

"While we were making our sedimentary rocks we had to take the clay apart to make small pieces of sediment." -J.C.

  1. Awesome! I love looking at rocks. We have a pretty big rock collection here at our house. Izzy's dad wants a rock tumbler. Christmas will be here soon...

  2. We bought a rock tumbler. FYI; they have to run for several days, I'm thinking around 5. We never used it as we tired of listening to it! If the class would like to use it, I'll see if I can round everything up.
