Wringer Reflections

Here is what I have been thinking...

This book reminds me of Middle School. When I was in Middle School I felt pressured to hangout with certain people and act certain ways. Palmer is being pressured to be a wringer and hang out with the gang. At the end of the chapter yesterday I was excited to see Palmer starting to stand up for himself! I am wondering about what will happen to Nipper? I predict that Palmer will take Nipper far away and try to make him fly away. Palmer will not want Nipper to stay in town during Family Fest.

  7. I predict that at the end of the book that Palmer Is going to be really sad about Nipper one day and then he is going to all of the sudden hear the tat tap sound that Nipper makes on the window, and Palmer is going to look at his window and see Nipper's pink feet pacing back and forth.-Elizabeth

  8. I think that if I wrote the book I would have Palmer keep Nipper at the end. Because he is just probably going to regret that he let the pigeon go for the rest of his life!Grace

  10. If I was Palmer,I wouldn't hang out with Beans, Mudeo,or Henry because he doesn't even like them. I mean, Palmer spents most of his time trying to avoid them. Also, I think Elizabeth's prediction is really good and I think that will happen. Or at least, if I was wrote Wringer that's what I would have happen.-Angela
